Our decadent brownies are available in three delightful sizes to suit every craving:

  • Small: Perfect for a personal treat or a thoughtful gift, our small box contains 6 irresistibly rich brownie pieces, each measuring 5cm x 5cm. The box itself measures 15cm x 10cm.
  • Medium: Share the joy with our medium box, featuring 12 delectable brownie pieces, also measuring 5cm x 5cm. Presented in a 20cm x 15cm box, it's ideal for gatherings and special occasions.

Order Modifications

Changing Your Order: If you need to modify your order, please email us at info@brownieboutique.co.za at least seven days before your chosen delivery date. Let us know the changes you'd like to make, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Cancellation: To cancel your order, please email us at info@brownieboutique.co.za at least seven days before your chosen delivery date.

Sending Orders as Gifts: Yes, you can send an order as a gift! Simply provide the recipient's address, contact details, and any special delivery instructions. Ensure someone is available to accept and sign for the parcel upon delivery.

Shipping Procedures

Recipient Unavailable: If no one is available at the delivery address when your order arrives, the courier will attempt to contact you for instructions on where to safely leave the parcel, such as with a neighbor or in a designated location.

Incorrect Address: If you've provided the wrong address, please notify us as soon as possible. We'll endeavor to correct it before the courier departs. It's essential to ensure that the correct address details are entered on your order summary.

SHIPPING

Delivery Information

Preferred Delivery Partner: Fastway

Delivery Locations: We offer nationwide delivery to all major cities through our trusted third-party courier service, directly to your home or office. Unfortunately, remote or outlying areas may not be supported. If you're unsure, please check with us before placing your order, and we'll confirm availability.

Delivery Time: After placing your order and receiving payment, we process it and hand it over to the courier company one to two days before your chosen delivery date. While we strive to deliver your brownies on time, please note that we can't guarantee this 100% due to reliance on third-party delivery services. However, our selected courier company has an excellent success track record. If timing is critical, we recommend selecting an earlier delivery date to accommodate any unforeseen delays.

Recipient Not Home: If you're not home during delivery, the courier company will still attempt delivery. We advise adding delivery instructions for them to contact you before delivery so you can specify where to leave the order if no one is available. If there's no safe place to leave the parcel, they may attempt delivery at another time or return it to their distribution center. You can contact them and provide your tracking number to arrange an alternate delivery date and time.

Delayed Orders: While we strive for timely delivery, once the order is with the courier, delivery is beyond our control. We're not liable for orders that arrive late.

Delivery Problems: If you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact us immediately. We're committed to resolving all issues promptly.

Delivery Costs: Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your parcel and the delivery area. You can view shipping costs on the checkout page. Orders to outlying areas may experience additional delays or costs.

Tracking Your Order: You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is with the courier. Use this tracking number to monitor your order's progress. If you encounter any problems, contact us or our shipping partner for updates on your order.

REFUND POLICY

  2. Tampered or Consumed Products: Refunds will not be issued for products that have been tampered with or consumed by the customer.
  3. Improper Storage: If the customer fails to store the products correctly after delivery, refunds will not be provided.
  4. Minor Variations: Slight variations in size, color, or appearance of standard décor items may occur due to natural product variations.

If you suspect a purchase has a defect, kindly notify us immediately upon receiving your order. Please follow these steps:

  2. Preserve the Product: Keep the product in its original packaging and refrain from consuming it.

All refund inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Our team will conduct thorough investigations and evaluate all relevant concerns and evidence to determine if a refund is warranted. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the information and evidence provided are insufficient or if the refund request is made more than two days after receiving the product.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Allergens/Ingredients

Allergen Information: All our products are manufactured in a kitchen that handles dairy, soy, egg, gluten, nuts, and/or traces thereof. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from these allergens.

Storage Instructions: Once opened, store our brownies in an airtight container to maintain their freshness. For the best taste and texture, consume within seven days of delivery. Our brownies are also freezer-friendly and can be stored in the freezer for up to three months. To enjoy after freezing, simply thaw them at room temperature.

Important: We guarantee the freshness of our brownies at the time of delivery. To ensure the best quality, please follow the recommended storage and consumption instructions immediately upon receiving your order. Brownies not consumed or properly stored within the specified time frame may deteriorate, and we cannot be held responsible for such cases.
